Information we collect
When you submit a request, the site collects your name, phone number, email address if provided, city and project details. Project details may include the room choice added to your message. Our systems may also receive IP address, date and time, source page and UTM campaign parameters that accompany the request.
How we use information
We use this information to reply to your request, discuss estimates, schedule conversations or visits, and communicate by phone, text or email about the requested work. We do not request payment-card information or government identification through this website.
Cookies and technologies
The site uses sessionStorage to retain phone-number source and UTM values during a browsing session. It may load Google Tag Manager or Analytics when configured, the embedded Google Maps map and the Trustindex review widget. Those services may use their own technologies under their policies.
How we protect your information
The site is intended to use HTTPS/TLS across the website. Form delivery to the CRM uses encrypted transport with certificate verification. Lead files are configured outside public access, requests are server-side validated and sanitized, and security headers are supplied through the hosting configuration. Access is limited to staff who need it. We minimize collection by not asking for payments or identification on the site. If a breach occurs, notice will be provided as required by applicable law, including the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act, 815 ILCS 530.
Retention
Request information may be retained for up to 24 months for response, estimating, scheduling, recordkeeping and follow-up purposes, unless a longer period is required by law or a shorter period is appropriate after a valid deletion request.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, or opt out of further contact, by using the contact details below. We aim to respond within 45 days. Residents of some states may have additional rights under their state privacy laws.
Text-message terms
If you choose to communicate by text, you may reply STOP to stop recurring texts or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Do not submit a child’s personal information through the request form.
